RIVERA HERNANDEZ, HONDURAS MASS CRUSADE

Dates: June 13-20, 2011

Where: Rivera Hernandez, Honduras

What: Mass Crusade Event, Humanitarian Aide Outreach & Evangelism, Church Ministry. Each traveler will participate in the events mentioned, providing a hands-on experience to love and minister to the precious people of Honduras.

Expense: $1600 per person will include the following: airfare, hotel, transportation, interpreters,and one meal (breakfast) each day. Travelers should also bring an additional $150-$200 cash for other meals, snacks, spending money etc plus an additional $38 departure tax paid to the Honduran Government.

* A non-refundable deposit of $200 is due in our office by March 15th to secure your spot.

* The first installment of the funds ($700) are due to the office by April 30th.

* The remaining $700 is due no later than May 30th

* installments can be paid in smaller amounts over time as long as a total of $900 is paid no later than April 30th and full amount paid no later than May 30th

* additional airfare fees may apply for regional airfare/airport departures (up charges) and/or late payment

* If you prefer, you may pay the full amount all at once. However, if you choose to do it that way, we ask that funds be submitted by May 13th in order for us to purchase the airfare on time. Thank you!

Other info: You will need a passport to enter Honduras, but not a visa. Vaccinations and travelers insurance is not required, but highly recommended.
