Today was the our second evangelism training class and we had a good turn out of harvesters from various churches around the Jurujuba area; over 70 believers came together to learn how to use the Gospel soulwinning script for one on one salvation. Praise God! The teams went out into various locations of the city and the village of Jurujuba to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ...This was the first day of outreach for the US team and they plugged right into the flow of things, despite the lack of interpreters. In a only a few hours of outreach, 435 people accepted Jesus Christ as personal Lord and Savior! God is quickening the harvest here!

 

The youth conference took place this evening as well, so it was a busy day for our team. However, it was a powerful time in the presence of God as the young people so passionately worshipped God with all their heart, soul, and strength. Jesus certainly responds to the hunger and cry of desperate hearts...Alex ministered along those lines and many young people were radically touched by the power of the Holy Spirit. There is no telling what one person can and will do when they are set ablaze with the fire of God. Its this encounter with God that gives us boldness and passion to fulfill the Great Commission!
